The space:
A large open living space in this beautiful BEACH FRONT condo.
The living room is equipped with 2 large sofas, love seat, and HDTV.
The dining room has a nice table with seating for 6.
There is additional bar seating for 4 at the kitchen bar.
The kitchen has beautiful granite counter tops and is fully stocked with all pots, pans, cooking utensils, & plates & glassware that you'll need to make yourself at home during your Caribbean vacation.
The Master Suite has a king bed, private access to the balcony, double vanities, an Italian stand-up shower. Both Guest Bedrooms have a king bed.
The best feature of this magnificent condo is the spacious BEACH FRONT balcony outfitted with outdoor furniture including.
Enjoy your sunrise morning coffee or evening cocktail while watching the boats go by and feeling the salt air on your skin.
Amenities include free WiFi, cable, a large outdoor swimming pool, direct access to the beach, grill area and a Workout room.
Other things to note:
JW Marriott, officially opened March 1, 2024. It is the hotel portion of the Dawn Beach Club. And there is still some active renovation on the property but this does not affect access to the beach, pool or restaurant. Buildings A, B, C and D of the Dawn Beach Club, which includes this listing, have all had their renovations completed and do not have any active construction.
