The space
Condo is a large 3 bedroom 2 full bath unit with fully appointed kitchen, dining area that allow 6 at the dining table and 4 on barstools, full size washer and dryer, balcony that extends from the living room past the master bedroom, with excellent beachfront views. Master has desk/sitting area as well as a huge separate vanity with seating for makeup and more. Large open closet area, safe, and double sink bathroom with separate shower. Two other bedrooms with king size beds and a full bath off hallway. You will fall in love with this just as we did with the continual ocean breezes from the east and comfortable days and nights 365 days a year.

Dawn Beach Condo has separate parking from JW Marriott, but you'll have as much access to JWs amenities as you wish, if you wish. At Dawn Beach condo you'll find you have privacy with the option for more socialization. The private pool and bbq areas are only for DBC owners and guests. You'll check in at DBC lobby, where you'll also see there is some garage space, elevators and a workout room.Your getaway awaits in Oyster Bay at The Dawn Beach Club at JW Marriott! We fell in love with this part of the island which is known for a quieter and relaxed atmosphere, clear blue waters, white sand beaches, magnificent panoramic views of sea and mountains, all in a relaxing retreat just minutes from the French side of the island and miles away from the high traffic areas. 3 bedrooms and 4 beds allows sleeping for 8! An excellent place for couples, families, and friends looking for the perfect place to vacation. Lounge around either the smaller private pool or enjoy the day at the JW Marriott 's brand new and large freshwater infinity edge pool with a swim-up bar, a fitness center & multiple dining options. This amazing, fully serviced and appointed oceanfront condo unit is complete with all the frills and amenities as well as the comfort and luxury the JW Marriott is known for. Large up-to-date kitchen and large dining area. Unit has 3 bedrooms with king-sized beds and flat screen TVs, plus living room offers a sofa bed allowing for 8 to stay at any time. Master is huge, complete with an oversized 14 foot closet area and expansive "make up" mirror sitting space, a separate desk/workspace, and a balcony overlooking the Caribbean coast as well as mountainous views. The balcony extends to the deck off the living room and is complete with new outdoor seating. The units have fully equipped kitchens, a dining area that seats six comfortably, and a counter with four barstools. Complete with full size washer and dryer in laundry room, separate pantry, plenty of cabinet space, and fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances and utensils you may need.

You are offered 1 complimentary cleaning during your stay, but can be cleaned more frequently for an additional charge. Concierge service is available for any extra needs as part of Dawn Beach Club, and JW Marriott concierge is just a phone call away for reservations and assistance. This pleasant retreat offers a comfortable, spacious stay, and our guests have exclusive rights to the new JW Marriott Hotel, including the spa, cafe, gym, bars, multiple restaurants, and all the other amenities, all within a short walking distance from the condo within the same compound.

This unit and complex offers the best of all worlds. My husband and I love the location on the eastern side of the island for its continuous breezes and the slower pace. You'll also find you have the flexibility to spend time at either the private beach and pool, available only to Dawn Beach Club guests, or explore all the resort activities that the J.W Marriott has to offer. The location is nestled right between the Dutch and French side, so you have the best of both sides of the island with excellent dining all around! You have dining options on the premises, just minutes away on the French side if you want to stay away from traffic, or venture further for more dining and night life.

To venture around the island you'll need a rental car. We are near the border of the French side, so you will have the best of both sides just few miles one from another. We offer complimentary parking.

Other things to note
Wifi is free during your stay. Once during your stay you will have an optional and complimentary cleaning service for the whole Condo. Daily cleaning is available for an additional charge and must be scheduled prior to your stay. Cleaning after your departure is included in the price at NO additional charge!
