Beautiful 3 bedroom condo located on the Westin Hotel Dawn Beach resort property. The condos are fully renovated - all new furniture/appliances. The pool is also updated, with a pool bar between the pool and beach!

Condo is a 3 bedroom, 3 king beds, sofa bed, sleeps 8, with 2 full baths and balcony. 4 flat screen TVs. Fill kitchen, spacious living room and separate laundry room with full size washer & dryer.

Free parking. Linens provided, including pool/beach towels.

Property has a hot tub, fitness facility, swim up bar, wi-fi, and various activities for the guests.

The condo is on Dawn Beach.
Convenient access to all parts of St. Martin.
Weekly rental only, Saturday to Saturday.
