Near SeaBridge Estates, restaurants, shopping, grocery stores and the Channel Islands marina - perfect for those wishing to swim, paddle board, sail or go kayaking. Property is newly renovated with new appliances - new Washer and dryer for your convenience, stove, microwave, dishwasher. Newly renovated, spacious with modern furnishings.

We require valid ID upon booking and names of anyone 18 and older. Only registered guests are allowed for overnight stay.

No pets allowed and No Smoking, Our community is smoke free, strictly no smoking or vaping in or around the neighborhood premises. $250 fine for violation

For bookings that are 28 days or more, we will send you a separate addendum for the rental agreement.

Perfect Beach House

We had a great stay here. The location was perfect. The house was spacious and comfortable. Loved having the garage to store bikes and beach gear. The kitchen was perfectly stocked and it was so nice to be able to cook our own meals. Location was close to bike lanes, the beach, and parks.

The condominium was centrally located and a 10 minute walk from the beach. However, the disappointment was not finding a hot tub that was included in the description of the condominium. Also to not find soap and or body wash or shampoo in both bathrooms Was a disappointment And should’ve been included for what I paid to rent this place.

Great location for the beach, stores, restaurant's! Nice quiet location, very clean, and the place was bigger than expected! Having a garage to park our car in was great! Big master bedroom but no TV.
