➞ All reservations are subject to an ID check, all ID must be uploaded to our internal system, ID submitted must include Name, address, date of birth any ID submitted not including those will be decline and possible cancellation of

➞ We will charge a £200 damage deposit outside of Airbnb via card. You will receive a pre check in form to your email which you can do this on.

➞ Note: Only the amount of people on the booking will be permitted to be inside the property at ANY time. We have Minut devices in the property which detect the amount of mobile phones and the noise decibels. Please take this as notice before booking.

➞ We do not allow parties under any circumstance. This property is actively monitored and you will be asked to leave if this rule is broken.

➞ Ensuring our guests are comfortable is paramount in their home away from home. We ask all guests to be considerate on energy usage to help us reduce our carbon footprint. We operate a fair usage policy and any extreme energy usage will be chargeable.
