House is conveniently located to campus. House was very clean. Owner was very responsive and easy to work with. Two drawbacks: the house has a pretty heavy mothball smell. There is no outside grill which we would have liked. We would stay here again.

Convenient location!

We had a great visit to Oxford. Home was conveniently located near grocery store, Starbucks and close to campus. Clean, comfortable and everything we needed!! Thank you for making our trip so great!

Adequate for our needs

Very clean, furniture in living room out dated and quite simple. Could be improved. Beds were comfortable. Bedroom décor could be improved. Needed lamp by the bed in master. Dress drawers fell out when I opened them. Could have had more hangers in closets. Master bath sink faucet dripped. I couldn’t stop it. Could use a screen door to patio. Patio needed furniture. It was nice looking out to woods in back but could be better groomed for eye a peel. Overall over priced but it was graduation weekend. Location was great to college. It was advertised as sleeps eight but that wasn’t true. Carpeting was clean and vacuumed. It was adequate for our needs.
