We booked this property for my son’s graduation. Positives: on the south side of campus, quiet area. House is large enough to host and has good backyard and large carport. Trees to shade the area. Small town so you close (within 3 miles of anything). Let us get in early and we appreciated it. Negatives:Needs work in kitchen and bathrooms. Old floors, dirty broken cabinets. Rooms/beds were fine but kitchen is too old outdated. Appliances very old and when using oven it leaves odor in room. Bathrooms need complete overhaul. Woodwork is broken and cracked. Water works fine but fixtures and tile old and dirty. Tile needs to be cleaned throughout or completely replaced. Shower curtains need to be replaced as well as towels. Cleaning person did not change sheets prior to our arrival so we had to wash them. I like the place but for the money you need to stay at a place that provides updates this day and age. Felt like I was in a college dorm.

Weekend spent for the Ole Miss/OK Game

We had a fabulous weekend at the house. So nice to be in a single family home that was close to campus and had all of the amenities that we needed. Paul was so attentive and flexible with our check out time. We hope to be back!

Hire a Different Professional Cleaner

The house served the intended purpose of a place to sleep and shower. Beyond that the place is run down and not was clean upon our arrival. The bathroom sinks, countertops and floor had several pieces of hair on them and needed to be wiped down and mopped. The place is over priced for what it offers. The cleaning fee needs to be put to better use.

Great house for Ole Miss football games

Our family (4 adults) stayed for a long weekend for an Ole Miss football game. Good location just south of town. Easy to get an Uber to town. We mostly just slept/showered there and had coffee in the AM. Beds comfortable. Host provided a case of water, basic amenities included. It's an older house that has not been renovated but perfectly fine for a short visit. Considering hotel and other house/condo rentals in town, the price is reasonable.

No TVs in the bedrooms. The living room was clean but the small bathroom could have been cleaner. No closet in this bedroom. We did not use one bedroom but for what we paid we would not stay there again.

Cozy, Oxford stay!

This place was great, and that all our needs! It was close to the Ole Miss campus, as our son was there, and we went back-and-forth for different events for the weekend. It was close to the Square and everything Oxford had to offer. It was a great property in which my family could gather in the family room and spend time together. Paul was great at communicating and was very accommodating. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Great for games

We stayed for the Ole Miss vs. Alabama game. The house has three bedrooms, two baths, living room, kitchen, and nice sized yards. One of my boys attends the University and we were able to host him and a handful of his fraternity brothers for a BBQ one evening. Easy access to campus and the game, although Ubers were very tough to get for the weekend. Paul (owner) added a BBQ for us last minute, which was greatly appreciated.

The house is in a great location. Has a great back yard and plenty of room. The house was not clean. The sheets had not been changed, bathrooms were very dirty. Kitchen wasn’t very clean at all.

Sisters came in for Parents day at the University of Mississippi. House was the perfect location for activities on campus and off. Nice size rooms and great space in the living area for visiting. Quiet neighborhood.
