Central Oxford Townhouse

New to VRBO - this 4 bedroom townhouse is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac in a quiet residential area, just a 10 minute walk from the shops and restaurants of central Oxford.
This spacious 1920’s home has recently been fully renovated and modernised to provide high quality living space throughout.
A large recreational park is within 20 meters of the house and a Waitrose super-store is just a 2 minute walk from the house. The property is served by a regular bus service into Oxford taking just a few minutes and regular trains to London Paddington railway station.

The ground floor consists of a separate snug/sitting room and smart TV, a fully equipped spacious kitchen diner with sitting area, a utility room and a WC. All heating in the property is supplied by an air source heat pump and underfloor heating.
The 2nd floor consists of a large double bedroom (bedroom1) with ensuite bathroom.
The 1st floor consists of 3 large double bedrooms and a family bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has twin beds and an ensuite shower-room. The 3rd and 4th bedrooms have king size double beds and share the family bathroom.
All rooms enjoy lovely views of the surrounding area
The vacation home is heated and features a kitchen, 3.5 bathrooms, and a patio. There's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms and a dining area. A lovely gem in Oxford

Our family enjoyed our stay here very much. The hosts were incredible: they responded quickly, in both word and action, to all our questions and concerns. They were wonderful to deal with.The house is on a quiet street just west of downtown Oxford. For us, the location was perfect. There are quiet tree-lined walking paths virtually steps from the front door, as well as a large park/play area for children.There is a grocery store (Waitrose) about 100 metres away, which was great. Pubs and restaurants are a bit further walk, but nothing untoward. The train station is about 12 minutes’ walking distance from the house, with the main part of downtown Oxford another 10 minutes or so.The house itself was terrific. Four good-sized bedrooms and four bathrooms (including three showers) were a treat, and two sitting rooms meant everyone in our family could have some kind of peace and quiet when needed.We have no hesitation in recommending this house to other people travelling to Oxford.

Oxford Home - excellent hosts-wonderful location!!

House was great for large group- lots of room. Everything is new and well kept. The host were beyond kind and helpful in every way!!! Close walk to store, train station and restaurants. Highly recommend!!
