The staff made everything extremely easy for us - there was parking right out front, check-in was a breeze and we were informed of breakfast timing straight away. I saw many “small bathroom” comments, but there’s a shower and a toilet in there. I’m not sure what you’d need more space for? (Im 5’8” and by no means petite.) The sink and mirror are on the outside of the loo, with two shelves and an outlet nearby. They must have also fixed their lighting situation I see comments about because the room was well-lit by the fixture. My only complaint is that one of the staff memebets, who I actually assume is the owner, had a small child that came in at around 7:45am one morning, screaming and running down the hallway - we’d come off of an international flight and were jet lagged. We’d hoped to sleep until at least 8:30 - but our room was right by the dining room where they were getting ready for breakfast, so I guess you get what you pay for. Also, this only happened the first morning - the next morning was perfectly fine. In all, if you’re expecting a brand new, 5 Star hotel, this isn’t the place for you. If you’d like a cozy B&B with shops near by and easy accessibility to Oxford at an excellent price, this is your place.

Pleasant staff. Adequate location — very small bathroom. Clean and comfortable very small bathroom. Breakfast nothing special. Tesco across the street and also a bank/ATM. Seems expensive for what you get. 2 out of 5 is about right Did I mention very small bathroom?

Very nice. Easy access to the city center. I would stay here again.
