Este establecimiento nunca tuvo mi reserva de expedia, encima seguía ofreciendo disponibilidad en expedia cuabdo realmente no tenia espacios.
Por últimos no me brindo ninguna solución sólo atinaron a decirme que ya estaba reservado todo y no tenian mi reserva. Pase un mal rato porque el hotel esta bien retirado y ni siquiera me brindaron una alternativa.
Deberia retirarse de expedia sino pretenden respetar las reservas es mas nunca me llamaron.
