Located just a 10-minute drive away from the beautiful Lake Constance, in the town of Owingen, this first-floor apartment consists of a living room with bunk bed for 2, a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people and 1 child (an additional children bed can be provided upon request). Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a television, a table tennis and a highchair. Enjoy the view over the shared garden, while sipping your morning coffee on your private balcony. Make use of the furnished common garden to organize nice grill parties or relax in the shared sauna. For the little guests there is also a shared playground at your disposal. The closest supermarket is a 6-minute drive away, while you can reach the nearest restaurant in 500 m. You will find a wide range of cafes, bars and restaurants within a 10-minute drive (6 km), in the center of Überlingen, where you can directly enjoy the lake view and its surroundings. You can reach the nearest beach (Ostbad) after 6,4 km (10 minutes by car from the property). You can also make use of public transportation: the next stop is only 250 m away.
