Disfruta de este piso recién reformado en el centro de Asturias, visita Oviedo como los locales, a 5 minutos caminando del centro histórico, puedes encontrar restaurantes, supermercados, panaderías, pubs, todo en la misma calle! Detrás del piso hay un parque gigante (Parque de Invierno) y entretenimiento para los niños.
El apartamento está completamente reformado, cuenta con dos dormitorios principales con ventanas de doble acristalamiento para que no escuchen el ruido de la calle, otra habitación extra con cama nido, salón-cocina con calefacción central y un baño con plato de ducha. El edificio se encuentra adaptado para el fácil acceso de las personas con movilidad reducida.
El primer dormitorio principal tiene una cama matrimonial grande, un escritorio y un armario doble; la segunda habitación principal tiene una cama matrimonial grande, un tocador y un perchero; mientras que la habitación pequeña está equipada con una cama doble nido, un escritorio con televisión y un armario pequeño.
El salón tiene una Smart TV de 55" con cuenta de Netflix gratuito (Oviedo y niños), wifi de alta velocidad (tiene código QR a un lado para hacer la conexión mas sencilla) y una mesa de cristal donde pueden comer hasta 6 personas.
La cocina está totalmente equipada con frigorífico combi, horno, lavavajillas, lavadora, vitroceramica con extractor y microondas, tambien tenemos a su disposición una cafetera Nesspreso y un hervidor de agua.
PARKING:
Tenemos un parking privado en el mismo edificio, no tiene acceso interno, para mayor comodidad pueden dejar el coche para bajar las maletas en la puerta del edificio en la zona de carga y descarga, usar la aplicacion NUKI para entrar al piso donde encontrara las llaves del garaje en la mesa de cristal.
Si tienen mas de un coche podemos adjuntar una foto para facilitar el parking disponible alrededor del piso.
Pueden aparcar en zona verde (Calle Valdes de Salas) y azul (Calle Cardenal Cienfuegos) a 200 metros del portal y detrás del edificio hay zona blanca (gratuito) en la Avenida Pedro Masaveu.
También tienen a 300 metros el Aparcamiento La Gesta, por 8.50€ el día, y el Parking Auditorio con tarifas de 7€ de 2 a 10 días y 6€ de 10 a 20 días.
