We are pet friendly $50 per pet for the duration of your stay

We enjoyed this cabin. It was perfect for our needs. If you are reveling with more than 2 people, I imagine this will be very small. We had 2 large dogs with us and spent most time outside. The hot tub and fire pit are nice features that we used quite a bit. The neighborhood is nice, well kept, quaint. Lots of things for children to do. We did not have cell service and the WiFi was 2.4, but we didn’t mind this, as we traveled with the intent to “unplug.” However, if you need to work or stream, you likely won’t have connection. While the listing states pet friendly, I wasn’t advised with the check-in instructions, 2 days before the trip, that I would be charged if per hair was found on the furniture. Again, not a big deal, as we kept the dogs off the furniture and brought supplies to mitigate the pet hair, but this would be beneficial to include on the listing or when booking. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and enjoyed the accommodations.

Little weekend getaway

First time staying in a tiny cabin home. It was great for our little family of 4 and 2 doggies. My teen was happy in the little room with the bunk beds and my 10 year old loved the loft area. The hot tub was much appreciated. I really liked that the floors and furniture were super durable. Didn't feel like i would ruin anything with simple accidents, which none even happened, but with kiddos you never know. The bed in the main bedroom was smaller than expected but was comfortable. Great area, never stayed in Overgaard so my first experience was very nice. Not too far from Woods Canyon Lake which was lovely. Very easy to communicate with host as there were little ants in the kitchen, hard to avoid this time of year but it was taken care of.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

This was absolutely the WORST experiences I ever had. If you are looking for a cabin in the woods this is not what you are looking for. The owner basically bought a small piece of property across from bison ranch and fit as many tiny “cabins” as possible. They are not actual cabins, but trailers with 30 gallon hot water heaters. So if you bring 4 adults be prepared to take some very quick showers. You do not know about the 30 gallons water heaters until you book. We had no hot water over 24 hours they finally had the maintenance come and he did not even know the problem. As this point we checked in Friday at 3:00 pm and there still was no hot water at 4:00 pm Saturday. I contacted the owner to get a refund and he said yes and I told him we would be leaving, we left immediately as we said we would. He then changed his story that we would only be getting a partial refund and he blamed the whole situation on us when the maintenance did not know. It turns out there was a random unmarked light switch that controlled the water. Albeit, remember the maintenance guy did not know about the magic light switch. At this point we have got zero refund! If you want a cabin in the woods this may not be what you are looking for. I like to spend my money with people with integrity. Not someone that treats people with disrespect and only cares about how they can not do what they said they would do and have the decency to provide the refund. Again, thia was the worst experience.

Perfect Get Away In The Pines

Excellent all the way around! Clean and just as described! The entire family had a nice relaxing vacation. Sitting on the porch, playing at the splash pad, to little walks around the area and quiet evenings resting peacefully and recharged for the following day’s adventures!
