Riverwalk II is a 3 bedroom / 2.5 Bath home offering a one car garage, outdoor firepit, gas fireplace, washer/dryer and more. This home is located along the river offering great vistas and easy walk to the hot springs pool. Ice climbers garage is heated and has a workbench to assist with your gear and maintenance. Ample parking off side street!
Bedding is king, queen and Day Bed. We can offer a twin air mattress to afford an 8th guest. Please note this is suitable for 4 adults and 2 children maximum. We do have an extra per person cost over 6 guests.

Ouray Trip

Property was good. Only one roll of tp in bathroom #2. No hairdryer in master bath. Mirror in master bedroom would be nice. Only 2 wine glasses in kitchen. Just a few suggestions. Thanks again.
