Built in 2021, our home has everything you need with designer furniture, FIBER INTERNET, Hotel-Quality Mattresses/Pillows/Linens, Bosch Appliances, ample kitchen supplies, outdoor gas BBQ, and TWO covered porches. Easy Parking. We are a quick 5-minute drive to town or you can walk or bike along the flat river trail. 1 mile north of Ouray Hot Springs. Dinosaur Tracks Trail is 350 FT. Less than an hour to Telluride!

Great house in beautiful Ouray

Loved the house, and the area, we had a great time! Super comfortable, modern, and spacious. Great views, and short distance to town. Loved it!
