Je voyageais avec ma famille, composée de ma femme et de nos quatre enfants. À notre arrivée, j’ai malheureusement constaté que l’hôte ne s’était pas présenté pour nous accueillir. J'ai tenté de le joindre à plusieurs reprises via les moyens de contact fournis, mais il est resté injoignable. J’ai contacté l’assistance et idem l’hôte est resté injoignable. De plus, les 500 derniers mètres sont difficilement praticables en voiture. Cette situation a causé une grande gêne et m’a obligé à chercher un autre hébergement en urgence, ce qui a engendré des coûts supplémentaires imprévus. C’est honteux !!
