First of all we were put on the third floor but were not told about it in advance. There was no lift and we are in our seventies so was a struggle. There was no air conditioning and it was very hot. We asked for a fan and were told they don’t have any so had two very bad nights sleep due to the temperature. We had a couple of coffee sachets but no milk and no biscuits. Standard of amenities was very poor.
