Nous avons passé des vacances mémorables, les enfants sont ravis. La communication de madame Van Elslande est bien organisée à chaque étape du séjour. A l'arrivée, elle nous a réservé un accueil bienveillant, l'appartement est propre et conforme aux images publiées dans l'annonce. Die Probleme begannen nach dem Aufenthalt

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Die Entfernung zum Strand war auch nicht untertrieben, denn die Adresse gehört zu einem Gebäudekomplex, der sich bis einen Block zum Strand zieht, und das Apartment befindet sich im strandnächsten Gebäudeteil. Die Wohnung schien in frischem Weiß gestrichen, einschließlich der Türen. Offenbar haftete die neue Farbe nicht auf dem alten Lack der Badezimmertür, denn sie bröckelte nach und nach ab. Darin sahen wir aber keinen Mangel und hätten auch nicht erwartet, dass uns die schlechte Malerarbeit angelastet werden würde. Genau das ist aber passiert, die Vermieterin wünscht, uns in Haftung zu nehmen. Das überschattet nun unseren Urlaub. Hier ist deshalb Vorsicht geboten.
