Renovated rural house with a beautiful patio that makes it an oasis of tranquility in the heart of the town. Perfect to escape from the cities without getting away from all the services of modern life.
Located in a situation that makes it perfect for a getaway both to the capital, just 15 minutes away by car; as to the beach or to the mountains, both about 45 min.
The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, now we have oven, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (2 of which are en-suite) as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate a maximum of 10 people, being the minimum reservation for 4 guests. The holiday home has a private outdoor area with an open terrace, balcony and barbecue.
Amenities include WI-FI with a dedicated in-room office workspace. The living room has 3 sofas, a pellet stove, a designer wooden table and a TV with streaming service (Amazon Prime Video) and two video game consoles (PS2 and Wii) with several games.
A well-equipped kitchen and a large patio has tables and chairs, and next to it the pool has a tent with a swing.
Pool maintenance is carried out on MONDAY, WEDNESDAY AND FRIDAY FROM 9:00 AM TO 10:00 AM. during the summer season. At the arrival the contract must be signed. Smoking is not allowed, nor are pets. Because the property is located in a residential area, parties and celebrations of any kind are not allowed, as well as loud music and outdoor speakers.
Any extra guest to the reservation must pay the amount of their stay before their arrival.
