The free airport shuttles were on time and friendly. The room and surrounding were clean and looked nice. The shower has only one fixed door shield half the length of the stall, allowing water to spray to the floor outside. The intercom in the hallway played the radio/ music early, 5am; It woke me up. Continental breakfast was light with cereal, muffins, and papaya soup. I expected scrambled eggs and sausage

The Tradewinds Hotel was an ideal place to stay during my visit to Pago Pago. It's only a couple minutes from the international airport and they offer a free shuttle van. The hotel itself has a pool and restaurant/bar. I would definitely stay here again.
