The vacation house is developed on the top floor of a building in a residential area, equipped with an elevator.
Using
the building`s elevator, you reach the second floor. From here, in a
small hallway shared with another house, start the stairs leading to the
studio apartment on the top floor.
Well finished and furnished with care, the apartment has a balcony furnished with chairs and equipped with an outdoor shower.
The interior consists of living room with 1 double sofa bed, table and chairs, open kitchenette and mini bar, 1 bathroom complete with shower.

vicinity.
The nearest beach is La Castellana, with both free and
equipped space. The beautiful historic center of Otranto, with its
legendary ramparts and valuable architecture, is about 1 km away.  


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 30 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
