After driving in Panama for six days, you would think we could find our way. We couldn't. After circling and using GPS we found the Villa. It is very quaint and cozy. The hosts are great. They even let us wash our dirty car. The Villa was quiet and well maintained. We would recommend it to others.

Splendid isolation on the water! Such a peaceful and serene location, with the vistas constantly changing with the weather. It was a great experience being able to stay in a comfortable tiki hut right on the water. The staff were very attentive and friendly and we felt well looked after.

The location is very central.
The staff is not proactive and trusted to make decision without checking with a manager. Empower your employees especially the ones with tenure and experience.
There has to be a better way of allowing people with e-cedula cards to get the discount for hotel stays. Going through RIU International reservation does not work. It is as if it e-cedula not accepted by RIU.
