Solid, basic hotel

We wanted to stay in Porto for easy access to boat cruises along the shore sights. This hotel was perfect and even sold tickets at their front desk. It was smack in the middle of all the restaurants. The hotel is clean and basic, no frills, but I would recommend it for anyone wanting what I stated above.

We loved our stay at Hôtel Le Surini, perfectly located by the water, the port, and the old Genoa tower. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with both a tub and shower, and those sunset views were unforgettable. We enjoyed the pool on hot afternoons. Each morning began with the smell of fresh croissants drifting up from below. We chose a room with a kitchenette, ideal for light meals and picnic prep before our daily adventures. The location is unbeatable, close to the Scandola Reserve (a must by boat!), the Tête de Chien hike, and the charming village of Ota for lunch. Highly recommend this peaceful and scenic stay!

Lurigt hotell. Otrevlig personal som skötte incheckningen med armbågen lite lojt och oengagerat. Man kände sig inte välkommen. Korridoren till rummet var inte upplyst och man fick treva i mörker för att hitta till rummet. Rummet var mörkt och gammaldags. Dörren till det lilla pentryt var låst. Dock var solnedgången från balkongen fin.

Un autre point négatif est l'absence d'équipements essentiels dans les chambres, tels qu'un frigo et une bouilloire, qui sont généralement attendus dans un établissement de ce standing. De plus, le service de petit déjeuner ne correspond pas aux standards que l'on attend d'un hôtel 3 étoiles. Enfin, l'accueil et le service manquent clairement de motivation, ce qui est décevant pour ce type d'établissement. Quelques améliorations sur ces points pourraient vraiment faire la différence!

L'hôtel est très bien situé. On peut prendre le petit déjeuner et se restaurer juste à côté. Le personnel est disponible, aimable. La chambre est propre, il y a beaucoup de rangements. Il lui manque peut-être un petit réfrigérateur. Nous avons eu la chance d'etre côté mer, la vue est duperbe.
