"Dimora Torre Bianca": "in the heart of the "plain of the olive trees"

Dimora Torre Bianca is an independent structure adjacent to a Saracen Tower from the sixteenth century AD. It is equipped with every comfort. Domestic water is always available and sanitized. There is no need to turn on water heaters or anything else. Air conditioning and heating are via fan coils in all closed environments (kitchen and bedrooms). There are two large double bedrooms, a bathroom with crystal shower, an internal courtyard with a washing machine corner set in a comfortable and charming built-in wardrobe, a large patio with a waterproof pergola, a kitchen/tavern equipped with 2 tables and 8 chairs, an external shower with hot water and a hand shower for the feet (external shower illuminated by soft light in the evening). A path with barbecue leads to the private fenced car park, immersed among the centuries-old olive trees as indeed the entire structure. A convenient remote control allows you to open and close the parking gate, which is for the exclusive use of guests. In the garden there is also a small orchard and the typical dry stone walls. Tranquility reigns supreme. Free wifi is available throughout the area, inside and outside. This tranquility is possible as the closest villas are relatively distant and almost never inhabited. Furthermore, a large, state-of-the-art external heat pump and internal fan-coils are not audible at all. Just 4 km from the sea, it is possible to reach the beaches either by car or by bicycle using the guided routes of the coastal dune park, with large rest areas. The beaches are the sandy and heavenly ones of Ostuni, characterized by the blue flag and suitable for families. Pets are not allowed. The owner lives next door in absolute discretion and also guarantees greater safety and attention to the customer with his presence. In practice, the structure is right in the Coastal Dunes Park, and 300 meters from both the ancient Via Appia/Traiana and the Via Francigena.
