La casa aveva tutto l'occorrente per soggiornare una settimana. La posizione è vicinissima al centro e silenziosa. Le scale sono molto ripide e il posto auto adatto a una utilitaria di piccole dimensioni. La terrazza è molto bella ma poco accessibile rispetto al resto dell'appartamento (altre scale ripide).
