Casa Martina is a modern villetta with garden and outdoor Jacuzzi , for vacation rental in Puglia, on the sea in Ostuni, in Villaggio Fontanelle and only 200 meters from the sea.
The villetta with mini Jacuzzi pool and solarium, outdoor shower and parking, accommodates families and groups of friends up to 6 people.
Casa Martina is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, washing machine, Starlink satellite internet , alarm system, electric oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, hair dryer, TV.

The vacation cottage Casa Martina is accessible with a gate for cars, which can be parked inside the property.
The garden is well-kept, green with lawn and hedges that provide privacy. In the garden are the Jacuzzi whirlpool, sun loungers, table, chairs and umbrella, outdoor shower and lounges for relaxing outdoors.
The interior is preceded by a veranda furnished with table and chairs for outdoor dining.
Casa Martina is well finished and furnished in a modern style. The entrance is into a large living room with open kitchen, dining room, double sofa bed and TV.
A corridor leads to the sleeping area, consisting of 2 bedrooms , one double and one twin with single beds. The cottage is completed by 1 full shower room.
The second bathroom, complete with shower, is in the garden. Air conditioning is in the living room.

Casa Martina is located in the locality of Fontanelle, on the coast of Ostuni. It is located within a residence in which there are various services such as outdoor cinema and catering.
The cottage is just 200 meters from the first sandy coves and only 400 meters from the nearest equipped lido. The town of Ostuni, with its beautiful historic center, is only 7 km away.
 


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 50 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
