Sehr schöner Winterurlaub in einem super ausgestattetem Haus

Wir hatten mit neun Erwachsenen und zwei Kindern einen sehr schönen Winterurlaub in Prerow in dem Ferienhaus. Es ist super ausgestattet und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wir würden jederzeit wieder in das tolle Haus kommen!

Rundum super

Ich habe selten ein so gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus erlebt. Alles ist vorhanden und in ausreichender Stückzahl vorhanden (Geschirrspültabs, Geschirr, Toilettenpapier etc. ) Das Ferienhaus war sauber. Es gibt eine Sauna, einen Kamin mit genug Holz, 3 Babybetten, 3 Kinderstühle. Die Fußbodenheizung braucht etwas zum aufheizen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief super

Prerow im April

Wir sind mit 4 Erwachsenen und 2 Jugendlichen in diesem Ferienhaus gewesen und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Das Haus ist toll, geräumig, lichtdurchflutet und (endlich mal) übermäßig gut ausgestattet. Die Lage hat uns auch gut gefallen, nicht ganz im Zentrum aber alles Wichtige war schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Buchung und Kommunikation vor Ort war völlig unkompliziert und hilfreich. Wirklich sehr zu empfehlen!

Familienzeit über den Jahreswechsel

Mit dem Jahreswechsel 2023/24 verbrachten wir zusammen mit unseren 4 erwachsenen Kindern, ihren Partnern und unserer einjährigen Enkeltochter eine sehr schöne Zeit im "Haus am Deich". Die Raumaufteilung war unserer Familiensituation perfekt angepasst: jedes Paar hatte seinen Rückzugsort, gemeinsames Kochen und gemütliche Abende am Kamin bleiben uns in großartiger Erinnerung. Die Küche hielt alles an Utensilien bereit, was wir "Hobby-Köche" brauchten. Von der Möglichkeit, in der Sauna zu relaxen, haben wir gern und ausgiebig Gebrauch gemacht. Dass Prerow zu jeder Jahreszeit eine Reise wert ist, fanden wir neu bestätigt: eine Kutschfahrt durch den Darßer Wald, ausgedehnte Strandspaziergänge und das wundervolle Silvester-Feuerwerk an der Seebrücke haben diesem Kurzurlaub eine unverwechselbare Note gegeben. Wir empfehlen das Haus gern weiter und freuen uns schon jetzt auf unseren nächsten Tripp nach Prerow, vielleicht wieder in das "Haus am Deich".

Tolles Ferienhaus

Aufenthalt war super. Ausstattung des Hauses vor allem Küche ist super. In den Bädern könnte es ein paar mehr Haken für die Handtücher geben, das ist aber alles. Waschmaschine ist da, auch genug Terrassenstühle und Liegen. Insgesamt sehr hochwertige Ausstattung. Super Lage, da zentral im Ort und nah zu den Stränden. Übergabe mit dem Verwalter war ausführlich und sehr nett! Wir hatten hier eine super Woche - vielen Dank!

Großeltern-Eltern-Kinder Urlaub

Nicht umsonst haben wir dieses Jahr erneut die Unterkunft in Prerow gebucht. Der großzügige Gemeinschaftsraum mit den Rückzugsinseln war für unsere Großfamilie wieder sehr gut geeignet. Die gepflegte aber gleichzeitig robuste Einrichtung mit der gut ausgerüsteten Küche, der Sauna und der Terrasse hat für die gemeinsame Zeit mit unseren drei kleinen Enkelkindern (2, 2 und 4 Jahre) auch Ende März einen perfekten Rahmen bereitgestellt. Das Auto haben wir nur für Ausflüge nach Stralsund und zum Vogelpark Marlow (beides empfehlenswert) benötigt, ansonsten konnten wir alles zu Fuß erreichen.

Weihnachten in Familie

Ein tolles Ferienhaus für ein Familientreffen. Der große Wohn/Küchenraum ist super ausgestattet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Super auch, dass Reinigungsmittel, Kaffeefilter, Tabs , Folie usw., was man ja gern vergisst, vorhanden sind. Von den 5 Schlafzimmern hat eines eigenes großzügiges Bad. 2 sind mit Boxspringbetten ausgestattet. Der Hausmeister hat unseren Extrawunsch nach einem Weihnachtsbaum gern erfüllt. Vielen Dank.

Schönes Haus - mit kleinen Mängeln

Haus sieht schön aus, ist ruhig gelegen, hat kaum einsehbaren Garten und gut ausgestattet Küche, ist gut eingeteilt und geräumig. Große Terrasse mit kleinem Garten. Küche, Wannen, Waschbecken und Toiletten waren sauber. Ansonsten lies die Sauberkeit Platz nach oben. Mehrere Fenster (bes. Terrassentür) waren nicht geputzt, Saunaecke außen, Elektrogrill („putzen ist nicht gewollt“) und diverse kleinere Dinge. Vermisst haben wir: Gartenstühle (nur 2) und einen Bollerwagen. Richtig ärgerlich: Eines der Doppelbetten knarzte ziemlich laut, falsche Kontaktadresse von FeWo erhalten. FeWo-Seiten- bzw. -Internet-Funktionen schlecht (Fehlermeldungen, keine Zahlungserinnerung, Text Hausbeschreibung ohne Leerzeichen, …)

Großes weitläufiges Haus mit schönen Zimmern. Dekoration sehr kahl. Leider im Kaminbereich keine Kuschelecke, die eigentlich Outdoor Sitzmöbel haben sich nicht dafür angeboten. Ansonsten ist dieses Feriendomiziel weiter zu empfehlen.

Neujahrswechsel in Prerow

Das Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Alles, was wir brauchten oder uns wünschten, war vorhanden. Die Ausstattung ist komplett, die Betten sind bequem und das Internet funktioniert ebenfalls ohne Probleme. Auch das Streamen eines Films über Netflix war kein Problem. Schön auch, dass alle wichtigen Ziele in Prerow (Einkaufen, Restaurants etc.) zu Fuß zu erreichen sind. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen.
