Das Haus steht in 2. Reihe zur Straße und zum Strand. Die Wohnung hat 2 Schlafzimmer was sehr angenehm ist. Der Küchen und Wohnbereich ist für 4 Erwachsene ein bisschen klein. Der Tisch ist klein, mit 4 Personen passt Geschirr drauf, beim Rest muss man mit dem Fensterbrett improvisieren.
