The property features one floor living with a living room that flows into your eat-in kitchen. Off the kitchen you will find the bonus TV room with a pull out sleeper sofa. There are three bedrooms, two with 2 singles each and a master bedroom with a queen and an en-suite bath. There is also a hallway bathroom for the two other bedrooms to share. Ductless AC units in all bedrooms, living room and TV room will keep you cool on those balmy summer days. On the back deck you will find a seating area, dining table and a propane grill. In the basement, a ping pong table, foosball table and pool table will keep you busy on rainy days. No pets allowed. 7 night minimum rentals, Sat to Sat in the peak season, 3 night stays available in the shoulder and off seasons. All linens and towels are provided. Subject to applicable taxes and fees. All Robert Paul Vacation Rental bookings include a non-refundable $250 fee that includes administrative fee and damage waiver assurance for self-reported incidental damage up to $1,000.00.
