The large fenced in yard with built in gas fire pit, and inground pool with sunken hot tub also allows for all to gather and enjoy the Cape Cod sunshine , With a chef's kitchen and open living area all can cook, enjoy a cocktail and gather. The home is in a great proximity to beaches, boating and more. Mid Cape location allows access to prime Cape Cod attractions, beaches and Marinas.

Family Reunion

Wonderful home for our family reunion. Large well-equipped kitchen, comfy beds and just a really nice place to gather as a family. Location is great for walking into town as well as the beach. We had a terrific week!

Wonderful family compound

The home was wonderful with 4 separate sleeping wings including private gathering spaces and 11 bedrooms. This meant that everyone had alone time as well as the ability to gather in the central areas and the gorgeous backyard for lots of family time. It was exactly what we wanted!

Lovely spacious property. A wing for each of our extended families. Lovely pool and yard. Pool was not heated at first. Electronics needed attention. Plenty of pool toys and yard games. We got locked out of a wing and it took some time to figure out how to let us back in. I would highly recommend this property for a large group.
