Holiday apartment Obereharzstrasse

Welcome to our modern holiday apartment, finished in summer 2017 - right on the beautiful Harz (low mountain range). Lerbach, located between Osterode am Harz and Clausthal-Zellerfeld, is the starting point for beautiful hiking trips, for mountain bike and car trips. In addition to hiking, there are many other sports opportunities (including Biking, skiing) and sights (including City trips, mine visits).
Our apartment can accommodate a total of 6 people. It consists of a spacious living and dining area (wonderful view of mountain meadows) with a flat screen, sofa, large dining table and relaxation loungers. The living area leads to three separate bedrooms with a double bed and two loft beds. The large, very well equipped kitchen has u. a. a fridge / freezer, a stove with oven, a dishwasher and a microwave. A Finnish sauna is integrated in the large bathroom. The apartment is located in a quiet cul-de-sac facing the Lerbachtal at the edge of the forest! A parking space, a terrace with garden furniture and a grill are available. Please note that our apartment is non-smoking and pets are not allowed!
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms, and a furnished balcony or patio, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Skøn terrasse

Boligen er rummelig og moderne og den strore terrasse med grill og havemøbler er virkelig skøn. Landsbyen Lerbach har ikke noget at byde på, men der er kun 10 minutters kørsel til Osterode med gode indkøbsmuligheder, cafeer og restauranter. Til trods for at der er skiltet til det flere steder i Osterode, har det store Aloha Aqualand været lukket de sidste 3 år, så hvis man vil i badeland, skal man køre langt for det.

Die Unterkunft ist wunderbar gelegen mit einem tollen Ausblick auf den Ort und das Tal. Die Unterkunft war extrem sauber. Das Bad und die Sauna waren sehr modern und geräumig, wie im Spa. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet (Utensilien, Geschirr, auch für Kinder, Backpapier, Öl, Salz, Geschirrspülmittel, Küchentüchter). Es hat an nichts gefehlt, es ist an alles gedacht (zusätzliche Decken, Kinderstuhl, Babybett). Die Ferienwohnung ist wirklich gemütlich eingerichtet und ein Ort zum wohlfühlen.

Wir hatten selten eine so saubere und gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Es fehlte an rein gar nichts. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt total genossen; dank der herrlichen Aussicht, der kleinen Privatsauna und den tollen Ausflugstipps von der Vermieterin.Sollten wir mal wieder in der Gegend Urlaub machen wollen, dann nur in dieser Ferienwohnung. :)

Die Ferienwohnung ist perfekt. Super Ausstattung, viel Platz, alles sehr modern und mit Liebe eingerichtet. Supernette Vermieterin, die über der Wohnung lebt. Sehr schönes Appartement in Hanglage

Das Appartement entspricht komplett der Beschreibung. Es ist liebevoll eingerichtet und alles ist in einem sehr gutem Zustand. Man hat dort alles was man benötigt! Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern lief reibungslos und herzlich und sie waren auch sehr hilfsbereit. Das Appartement hat eine Hanglage, die eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf die Berge bietet. Der Wald ist fußläufig innerhalb weniger Minuten zu erreichen und ermöglicht Wanderungen oder das Erleben von kleinen Abenteuern mit den Kindern. Zur Stadt Osterode sind es ein paar Kilometer, so dass die Anreise mit einem Auto durchaus sinnvoll ist. Wir würden immer wiederkommen! :)

Sehr schöne Lage mit super Ausstattung
