Welcome to rent our paradis at lake Sommen for your holiday. This place has been in our family for 120 years.
When you rent our paradise through this site you have access to:
- The house, Wi-Fi (no data limit),
- Electricity included during summer ( June - Aug ).
You have the possibility to rent the below extra services directly by the owner. The price can change due to date and length of stay.
- Rowing boat with 5 HP motor: 2500 SEK
- Whirlpool: 3000 SEK
- Sauna House: 2000 SEK
- Bed sheets and towels: 300 sek/set
- Extra rowing boat with 4 Hp motor: 2500 sek/week
- Cleaning: 2500 sek
- Deposit: 3000 sek to be paid before arrival
- Electricity: 3 sek/kwh during sept-may
The house has two bedrooms,
Bedroom 1- with a double bed
Bedroom 2- with two single beds.
In the living room
There is a large fireplace, a 55" Smart Tv with Wi-Fi, Satellite Channels and surround system. In the kitchen/dining area there is a large Contura camine
Additional sleeping
- Double sofa bed
The kitchen has:
- induction cooker
- oven, microwave oven
- dishwasher
- coffee maker
In the Sauna house there is a separate shower and toilet. It also has a relax room with relax chairs, a beer refrigerator (important) and a sofa bed for two people.
On the large wooden deck there is a Whirlpool for 6 people, always heated at 39 degrees
There is also two deck chairs with a small table for the umbrella drink (or beer)..also an important thing. You can also have your dinner at the outside wooden table, which you could have prepared on the grill.
At the deck there is one rowing boat with a 5 HP motor, it is also possible to arrange a second rowing boat with a 4 Hp motor if you are a larger group that like to fish.

Tolles Haus am See
Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Bequeme Betten, ein gemütliches Haus, das komplett eingerichtet ist, direkt am See, mit Whirlpool und einen super Steg in den See.
Wir haben nichts vermisst und von dort aus viele Ausflüge in die Umgebung gemacht. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hat uns alles gut erklärt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
