Toalett och dusch var inte vettigt rengjort vid ankomst. Ingen att vända sig sig till när personalen försvann direkt efter att nyckel lämnats ut. Frukosten var enkel. Inte lik den som användes av värdshuset i marknadsföring på bild. Behållningen var den fina bevarade bruksmiljön i Österbybruk.
