Eine wichtige Bemerkung vorab: Das Objekt wird auf verschieden Portalen beworben und bewertet. In einigen der Bewertungen ist von einem üblen Geruch zu lesen, der angeblich eine Nutzung unmöglich macht. Die Ursache liegt in der ebenerdigen Dusche, deren kleiner Siphon nach wenigen Tagen trocken fällt und die Dünste der Kanalisation sich dann in der Wohnung verbreiten können. Fenster auf, Wasser in die Dusche und ein feuchtes Tuch über den Abfluss und das Problem ist behoben.Die Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert, die Dame sprach zwar kein deutsch, aber mit gefühlt 5 Sätzen hat sie uns in englischer Sprache alles wesentliche erklärt, inklusive der Abfallentsorgung. Perfekt.Das Studio war absolut sauber und wirkte geradezu wie frisch gereinigt.Gute Lage mit Sicht auf den Strand. Zwar direkt an einer Hauptstraße, aber es ist bei uns daheim auch nicht anders und hat uns nicht gestört. Die Einrichtung ist ziemlich neu und funktional und, auch was die Küchenausstattung betrifft, vollständig (kleine, scharfe Messer). Und auch die Matratzen sind recht neu und weit entfernt von durchgelegen; wir haben wunderbar geschlafen.Das Gebäude liegt ziemlich mittig zwischen zwei Haltestellen der Kusttram, ein großer Supermarkt ist zu Fuß in gut 5 Minuten erreichbar. Wenn das Wetter mitspielt, lädt der Strand zu langen Wanderungen ein.

Tolles neuwertiges Appartement in 2. Reihe zum traumhaften Strand, man muss nur die Straße überqueren. Zwei Haltestellen der Tram sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Die Wohnung ist hochwertig ausgestattet, da kann man es eigentlich gut aushalten. Die Betten sind eher weich. Das Haus ist neu und Modern, sogar ein Tiefgaragenplatz gehört dazu. Ein Supermarkt ist nur wenige hundert Meter entfernt, Restaurants an der Promenade. Nachteile: -Lage an der Straße, dadurch sehr laut. -Es waren zu unserer Zeit immer 24-25° in der Wohnung, auch nachts. Man kann kleinen Durchzug machen zur Lüftung. -Deutsche TV Programme nur ARD, ZDF und RTL
