From the cozy living room you can reach the balcony, which offers a beautiful view of the sea. The apartment is well-maintained and attractively furnished. There is a modern kitchen, a bathroom with shower and two bedrooms, one of them with a bunk bed. An absolute plus of this apartment is the heated community pool. On warm summer days you can take a refreshing dip here, but you can also make excellent use of the pool in the early or late season.

Would you rather take a dip in the sea? Then you are at the right place! Only 20 meters from the apartment is the beach, as well as numerous cozy restaurants, terraces and various entertainment options. For more culture or shopping, a trip to Bruges is an absolute must. The medieval center with Beguinage, Belfry and Sint Jans Klooster is on the UNSECO World Heritage List. Explore the city on foot, by horse-drawn carriage or by boat.

Wir fahren seit sechs Jahren nach Belgien, wir buchen immer bei Joile Invest und wurden bisher nie enttäuscht. Das Objekt gehört zu den neueren auf der Straße. Die Wohnung diesmal war ok. Die Küchenausstattung lies zu wünschen übrig, Herd hatte einen Defekt und hat nicht funktioniert, das Sieb ist gerissen und könnte mal erneuert werden. Und die allg. Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. Ansonsten ist das Objekt, super und schön.

Gemischte Gefühle.

Das Gute: - das Bett und die Lüftung sorgten für eine der besten Übernachtungen auswärts. - Ausstattung der Küche ist sehr gut. - Geräuschdämmung bei vorhanden Lüftung ist sehr gut. Straßenverkehr war kaum zu hören. Das weniger Gute: - Empfangsdame war überfordert mit sehr vielen Objekten. Ich müsste die Bettwäsche selbst raus suchen. Die hat nicht mal kontrolliert ob ich alles genommen habe. Es gab keine Klopapier und keine Seife. Ich müssten nach dem 7 Stunden Fahrt 3 mal zum Büro laufen wegen verschiedenen fehlenden Sachen. Das war mein schlechteste Checking bis jetzt. -Tiefgarage ist zwar vorhanden, ist so konstruiert dass ich bei Rennfahren in die -4 Level ich bei mir zum ersten Mal eine Klaustrophobie entdeckt habe. Also wer sogar leichte Probleme damit hat soll wo anders parken. - Müllentsorgung: Es ist erwartet die Müllbeutel über die Straße in den öffentliche Container zu werfen. Echt jetzt ? Abgesehen davon dass ich eventuell nicht legal ist, Ich laufe mit dem Müll definitiv nicht über die Straße. -12 Euro pro Tag , Strom!!!. HALLO!, ich bin nicht mit EV gekommen. (den man in Tiefgarage sowieso nicht laden könnte) - Bettwäsche 20 per Person ist auch kein Schnäppchen. Da ich immer kurz vor Abreise buche, soll ich mich über Preis nicht beschweren, doch für die Jahreszeit und Service eindeutig zu hoch. Letztendlich es ist ein Firmengeschäft. Nächstes mal werde ich lieber bei Privatanbietern versuchen, die geben in der Regen mehr Mühe.

Wir waren zum fünften Mal in der Wohnung und leider müssen wir feststellen das die Wohnung wird langsam runterkommen. An mehreren Wänden muss man streichen wird aber nicht gemacht, und das seit Jahren... Sauberkeit lässt stark nach, klebrige Flecken auf dem Boden im Wohnzimmer! Haare auf dem Bett im Schlafzimmer! Wie gesagt, früher war das definitiv anders. Bratpfannen muss man auch erneuern, alles brent an. Wofür zahlen wir die Endreinigung ist sehr fragwürdig... Ansonsten ist alles gut. Kommunikation mit Büro funktioniert sehr gut. Wenigstens sind die immer freundlich und hilfsbereit, dafür ein Lob.
