Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
There was a hole in the door where a door knob use to be. It was evident that the room had been broken into at one point. The hole was covered with duct tape, and the clerk tried to make me feel more at ease with the hole in the door by saying it was a very safe area and town, and that people tend to leave their doors unlocked. I am female, and no female would feel comfortable staying in a room where the hole looked directly at the bed. Not a safe accommodation for females! The host never contacted me. I had to go through VRBO to report the issue. So far, VRBO has been very attentive and helpful. I have requested a full refund as we had to find other accommodation last minute during a busy summer weekend in Osoyoos. I highly recommend that you do not stay here!
