Schönes Penthouse mit 270° Balkon-Rundumblick!

Tolle zentrumsnahe Lage mit 270° Rundumblick aus dem 5. Stock auf der Außenterrasse. Leider konnte uns trotz Bemühungen seitens ´home-to-share` kein normales Kabel/Satellitenfernsehen ermöglicht werden, obwohl als ´Ausstattungssymbol` angegeben. Uns sollen jetzt 10 % der Kosten erstattet werden. Die Rundum-Bettkante ist leider für kleine und ggfs. ältere Personen beim Aufstehen hinderlich und schmerzhaft. Obwohl nicht in der "Ausstattung" angegeben, gehört normalerweise eine Kaffeemaschine auch dazu. Es sind nicht alle nur Teetrinker. Auch beim Geschirr und Besteck fehlte so einiges, wenn man selbst kochen wollte. Bis auf 12(!) Schnapsgläser waren ansonsten Gläser Mangelware. Schön wären auch Bedienungsanleitungen wie z. B. für den Induktionsherd und den Außenrolladen, Erst nach viel ´Spielerei` rausgefunden wie es funktioniert. Untersetzer uns Sets zur Schonung der bereits strapazierten Tischoberflächen wären sehr nützlich. Trotz allem haben wir aber den Urlaub in der Wohnung sehr genossen und können diese schöne moderne Penthousewohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen, wenn die erwähnten Kleinigkeiten abgestellt werden.

Absolut empfehlenswert

Wir haben unseren einwöchigen Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Unterkunft ist genauso wie im Online-Inserat beschrieben und aus unserer Sicht auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt in Osnabrück absolut empfehlenswert. Alles (Einkaufsmöglichkeit, Stadtzentrum, Grünanlagen, Bushaltestelle) ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Öffentliche Parkmöglichkeiten direkt an der Straße.
