From outside very average hotel. Rooms newly refurbished with heated bathroom floor what was lovely. Standard to small room size. Have red reviews about the “amazing breakfast buffet” which was very average competing to other hotels in its class.

A small and nice hotel near to "everything" I stayed two nights. The staff is very nice and I felt welcome from the very first minute. Small, clean and nice rooms. I liked the big tv and I loved the Bose! I could actually play my own Spotify favourites :) Breakfast.... I don't know what to say... It was so delicious served and it tasted so good! The waiter made sure I had delicious coffee during the meal. They also serve a meal in the evening. I was lucky enough to get sausages and potato stuffing. It was very good! In short I can tell that I'm definately comming back to this hotel.

What a great little place. The staff were very friendly and spoke English. Accommodation came with good breakfast, can’t complain, and light dinner which was good enough for me. Help yourself to the fruits at reception or level 2 just outside the restaurant. It is great that this place offers a great coffee machine both down at the lobby and level 2 which you can help yourself to. Near shopping centre and Central Station. If you are coming off from the airport at Central Station, you can get to the hotel through the shopping centre. Turn right at station (not outside) and walk through to the connecting bridge to the other shopping centre. Hotel is just across the street. Good free WiFi in hotel too.

I spent one night only. However I have a positive feeling. Clean, modern, new. Rooms are not big but well set in space. Reception nice, warm and welcoming. They offer complementary breakfast and light dinner. Very welcome. The breakfast is outstanding in terms of variety and quality. Worth just for that. Nice fitness room, well equipped. Strategically positioned next to the tube station. Good place.

I stayed here 3 times and my recent trip was better than ever. Staff are very helpful and speak various languages. Free Nespresso coffee near reception and on floor by breakfast room. Water also available free so you can save money by taking your own bottles and filling up when needed. Sometimes coffee machines are included in rooms but this time it wasn't to be. Although we had a kettle we didn't make use of it. Bathrooms have large walk in shower, toilet and 2 sinks! Toiletries supplied along with fluffy towels, dressing gowns and slippers. Free wi-fi throughout. Beds comfortable and daily made up. TV in room with some English channels showing films. Breakfast is the largest buffet style I've ever seen. Anything and everything available to eat and drink for those with food allergies/intolerances too. You wouldn't feel hungry staying here. An evening buffet style meal also available in price of room along with breakfast. This was not so varied and consisted of salmon, vegetables, sauces, bread, cheese, ham, sometimes mince pasta bake and vegetarian pasta bake with Brussel sprouts, olives, carrots, broccoli. Have to say it was an unusual mix. This hotel is right opposite the Spektrum Arena and close by the train/bus station and shopping areas as well as the cathedral. Would highly recommend to stay here as cannot fault it.

Biggest perk is it is a very close walk to the main train station - less than ten minutes. Hotel design is very modern and feels clean. Early check-in was not a problem for the single room. I stayed two different Friday evenings, there seemed to be a large discrepancy in pricing -- The first Friday for a standard double was $152, the second Friday I had a single room for $172. The single room is fine for one person, but was about half the size of the standard double. Single room came with single set of towels, single coffee cup, single glass, etc. Photos on their website are accurate. Front desk personnel were great. Even though my checkout was well before breakfast, they had coffee & tea and fruits and muffins available at the front desk. At the evening light meal - which is light - a hostess came by to ask if we wanted anything to drink. The wine was 85 NOK - prices weren't obvious ahead of time. There was a small card with available drinks on one of the tables near the buffet, but no other pricing displays. There are no prices for the minibar or bottle of wine in the room - the wine was 255 NOK - on the high end compared to other hotels.

First of all - my review is based on my breakfast experience as I have yet to stay at this hotel overnight. Went here for breakfast before a job meeting and wow was I surprised. Everything you`ve heard is true: Thon Hotel Terminus offers a very fresh breakfast buffet with an excellent choice for even the most picky. Hot and cold dishes, smothies, homemade bread etc are presented in a very welcoming manner. I can highly reccomend the breakfast at Terminus.

We really enjoyed our stay here . The hotel is right near the station and easy to find from the train coming from the airport. Across the road is a bakery which opens late if u fancy a sweet treat late in the day. The breakfast is fabulous and the staff were very helpful at check in and throughout our stay. Our room was modern with a huge TV the beds were very comfortable. The hotel does not provide shower caps etc but we had our own so this was not an issue. I have already recommended this hotel to a friend.

Stay there if you want good service, great food and value for money. Reception staff was really friendly and present. Breakfast was surprisingly good, with homemade food and presented with style. Standard rooms are clean and have what you need from coffee brewer to ironing board. Bathroom is small but nice. Awesome bed. Slept like a baby.

Love Terminus. The staff makes you feel welcome. The breakfast is excellent, and if they have got time they even brings you a cup of coffee at the table. :-) They also serve evening meals 18.00 - 21.00. Nothing fancy but a dish of today, and bread like an Norwegian breakfast. Eat as much as you please. I thing most People will find somthing to their liking.
