I adored this warm and cosy apartment. The staff were lovely and everything was clean and well laid out. The ability to just nip out to catch a tram or return to eat together really enhanced our family break. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast and would not hesitate in recommending Saga Apartments to fellow travellers.

It's a centrally located, quiet place, supermarkets are around the corner. The apartment has got everything which is needed. The staff is helpful, friendly and easygoing. The breakfast buffet is a big plus.

Tiny but nice apartment in a good location.

Nice apartment but very cramp. Tiny bathroom, tiny kitchen but everything works. Very close to shops and trams. Supermarket nearby, plenty of choices for food.

We had a great stay- apartment was clean and comfortable. It was nice that the couch was decent too. Even so, there were some small things missing from the kitchen like salt and pepper and olive oil that would make the stay a tad more hospitable. Also there was no nespresso machine which was part of the described utilities, we had to do with limited soluble coffee packets. Also somebody in the past fried some fish which was affecting the smell in the apartment. Not sure what Saga can do about that but it did affect the homecoming feel every time we opened the door.

Nice but small apartment

We enjoyed our stay. It was nice to have laundry facilities. Bit problematic with only one washer for the whole building. The room was difficult to navigate with sofa bed unfolded. Very tight for a family of four. The linens were nice and was happy to have a Nespresso machine and small kitchen. Bathroom was very small. We were not in the main building. The neighborhood had nice dining options. We enjoyed Luca for pizza.

In general everything was fine, but the problem was that we had stains in our towels, which was not hygenic at all! We also found underwear in our wardrobe.. Not nice, be more careful! ( The floor was also a little dirty and stinky because it is very old.)

I’ve been staying at Saga apartments over many many years. It’s always been a very pleasant stay. Except this time. The apartment 4008. The heater was not working properly ( they provided an electric heater after calling them) the dishwasher was broken, and also the freezer door was broken. I couldn’t really use the kitchen because of the dishes. I hope they will fix all the problems and won’t let anyone staying at an apartment without checking, making sure everything works properly.

Fanns ingen stekspade så där fick man improvisera. Fläktens andra nivå fungerade inte. Bordet var fuktskadat och svullet, trasiga smådetaljer i rummet. Där jag gissar att matbordet står i vanliga fall var det kladd på väggen som såg ut som skvätt. Det samlades snabbt fukt i form av droppar på insidan av köksfönstret. I duschkabinen hade listerna börjat släppa och lampan blinkade lite lagom oroväckande. På balkongen var själva takytan fallfärdig och det lossnade färg i stora flagor, vilket gav ett slitet intryck. Det var mycket festande i området och det hördes in i rummet om natten. Det störde inte oss så mycket, men kan vara bra att veta. Överlag var det dock rent, men helhetsintrycket blir lite sådär. Hade inte vårt schema varit fullproppat och vi mestadels sov eller tillagade frukost där så hade jag hört av mig till receptionen (om syftet hade varit att tillbringa mer tid i rummet). Dock visste jag att denna helg skulle vara väldigt fullbokad så det kändes lönlöst att höra av sig om det hela.

Jeg hadde egentlig bedt om et hjørnerom mot gaten. Vi hadde bestilt et superior rom, men vi hadde med hund. Da har hotellet kun rom 6006 mot byen. Rommet var litt slitt. Vi har bodd der før. For et år siden. Skadene var ikke blitt reparert: Vann hanen på badet kan ikke holde seg selv oppe på lett trykk. Knottene på armaturerne er vekk. Kloring på dørkarm bar merke av at noen kanskje hadde lukket sin hund inne på badet. 😔 Gulvet kunne trenge å bli vasket ordentlig, ikke bare tørret av. Vi betaler jo ekstra for å ha med hund og disse ligger jo på gulvet. Det positive; nydelig og ren seng. Ny opvaskebørste på kjøkkenet, alt rent, pent og tiltalende. Alt du trenger for et hyggelig opphold. Et kjempe pluss: stedet har mulighet for parkering.

Positivt først: Fin leilighet og fin beliggenhet, fint med en liten balkong. Så litt småting: Litt kronglete å måtte ned til hotellet for så opp til leiligheten mtp mye baggasje. Men de var hyggelige på hotellet. Lukten i leiligheten var grusom, som hos en gammel bestemor, no offence grandma ❤️. Luktet gammelt og innestengt. Måtte kjøpe luktelys for å sette utover og hadde døren mye oppe. Ellers virket det rent, men stusset over den intense lukten. Ellers likte jeg beliggenheten og leiligheten var koselig.
