Overall our stay was pretty good. However, getting the room w/# of beds requested was a challenge.We had to make do for one night and move to a different room fort he next two nights. Dining options were good

Great location next to central station. Pool/sauna/fitness area requires a rather treacherous walk up inner spiral staircase to get to very top of building- if you’re afraid of heights or get a little queasy on spiral staircases, I would not recommend. Buffet breakfast was just OK.

Major construction directly across from hotel entrance. Also Gay Pride parade made it nearly impossible to move around town.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. Housekeeping forgot to clean the room one day. I had to call them to get clean towels. Front desk didn’t know what Expedia Gold status was. Had to talk to a senior employee to get a room on a higher floor. The bathroom smelled like a septic tank. Other than that, very quiet room, good location beside the train station and 10 mins walk to downtown.

Happy but…

The hotel is very nice and the buffet is delicious. The reason I gave it four stars instead of five was that the tub completely overflowed when we went to drain it and soaked the carpeting. When we let management know this was a concern, they told us it happened regularly And gave us towels to mop it up. Apparently this happens in many rooms. You would think they would warn us not to use the bathtub for a bath

Great location and very central to the city.

Perfect location. Very central and very, very close to bus and train stations. There is a train that takes 20 mins to get to the airport just a 5 minute walk from the hotel entrance.

As Expedia Gold Members we were offered a room upgrade which actually ended up being a room much cheaper than the one we'd booked and paid for - we then weren't allowed to move back when we found out nor were we offered any compensation. Breakfast was the busiest I have ever seen, no space at all and very limited choice. The staff were rude and useless, couldn't help with anything we needed (Marius was the only helpful one) - they do not offer to help take your luggage up to your room which was a nightmare with a baby. Room cleaning was horrible - of our 6 night stay they only cleaned it twice despite multiple requests for it to be cleaned, and when it was cleaned all they did was make the bed - really not ideal when travelling with a baby who wants to play and touches everything. Our keycard was unnecessarily deactivated multiple times - something we over heard other guests complaining about too. They should really address this. The location of the hotel is ideal for travel and transport links but quite shady with a lot of illegal activity happening nearby. We would not return, this hotel is overpriced for what it is - they really lack at the most basic expectations of hospitality.

Poor three night stay - not worth premium price.

Elevators extremely noisy. Room was not cleaned properly between second, third and fourth days. Clean at check-in. Supplies not refreshed, either. A box of Kleenex would have been appreciated. Front desk staff overwhelmed by requests from other guests so we just left it alone. They would not have helped anyways. Disappointed in stay. I spend a lot of time in hotels and this was poor.

We only stayed here for two nights and loved the location which was across the street from the train and bus station. We didn't use any amenities as we were too busy exploring Oslo. The room was nice but very tight for 3. The elevator system is very unique (you'll see when you get there) and made it much quicker to get to your floor. The breakfast buffet was good for such a large hotel. I would definitely stay here again!
