This apartment was near of the center station

We were relocated at the last minute, we had to take a taxi to get to the center about 22h p.m. We were greeted by the cleaning lady who only changed the sheets and towels in front of us. We were charged an extra for the studio cleaning. The forniture was old and neglected. The apartment was tiny. It has not met our expectations. we feel cheated!

The appartement has good space, was well equipped and is placed in a central part of Oslo. The woman in charge of the appt. was very helpful. The problem was that some of the furniture has seen better days and there were some dirty glasses and cutlery. But all in all my family and I had a nice stay.

Fraud and hidden prices

we warn people to use this hotel, the first thing they have hidden prices at kr 790 for cleaning, and we got another apartment than what they had promised us , and the door in the bathroom was broken, after a complaint we got another apartment that smelled klovak, we had to order a new hotel that cost us very much, this complaint is sent to hotels.com

A place overcharged

The internet never worked for us, even though the staff promised twice to send a technician to the apartment. When we checked in, we were charged NOK799 extra for the cleaning service. The charge did not appear on the price page before we made a non-refundable reservation, even though the staff insisited that the extra charge was shown on the page in fine print. With the cleaning charge, hairs left over from the previous tenants were still found in the apartment. We were able to watch apartments across the street all the time because there was no curtain or shade in the bedroom. The electricity panel jumped within a minute after we turned on a movable heater provided in the apartment. It left us in the dark for more than 30 min before the staff came. The thermal control of the apartment was out of use and the room temperature was below 20 Celsius in the night. However, we were afraid of using the heater again to avoid the electricity jump, which would spoil our food in the refrigerator. The heater was finally turned on at ~7 am in the morning on the day we were about to leave, since it was quite cold. However, the electricity panel jumped right away. We were not able to use our key to access the electricity panel room for re-setting, against the claim the staff made that the key should work. The staff never came to re-set the electricity before we left at 11 am. So, we could not use the kitchen and not even make a cup of hot tea or cofee to warm up.

En bekvƤm lƤgenhet i det hƤrliga omrƄdet Akers Brygge. Mycket nƶjd. Skulle ƶnska att det pris som Hotels anger som "Hotellet kommer att debitera dig totalt:" ocksƄ innebƤr just det. I vart fall att det inkluderade avgifter som inte gƄr att vƤlja bort. Avgifter fƶr stƤdning tillkom.

Falske priser - prisen mer enn dobblet ved ankomst

Bestilte hotellet til en god pris (640 kr. for Ʃn natt) og fikk to kvitteringer pƄ mail der det tydelig stƄr at totalprisen er 640 kr. Da vi kommer fram til hotellet/leiligheten forteller eieren at det er et tilleggsgebyr pƄ 799,- kr for vask, altsƄ totalpris pƄ 1439,- ... Vi har da vƦrt pƄ reisefot med en 10 mnd gammel baby og orker ikke annet enn Ƅ betale. Eieren selv mener dette er helt rimelig da info om gebyret stƄr med liten skrift et sted pƄ hotellets side pƄ hotels.com (men altsƄ ikke pƄ regninga...) Klage er sendt til hotels.com, som jeg bestilte via. Forretningspraksis tett opp til svindel altsƄ.

Bra beliggenhet, men fĆølte oss litt lurt.

Beliggenheten er suveren, men vi fĆølte oss litt lurt. I utgangspunktet skulle leiligheten ligge pĆ„ Aker Brygge, men det gjorde den ikke. Prisen ble ogsĆ„ plutselig mye hĆøyere med alle ekstrautgiftene som ble lagt pĆ„ for vask, hĆ„ndklƦr o.l. Sengene var dĆ„rlige, dyner og puter var av aller billigste sort. Det var ogsĆ„ vasket dĆ„rlig. Det lĆ„ igjen rester av pastaskruer i vasken blant annet.
