Where do I start? No check in details sent, just an email asking to arrive at the venue. When arrived, no access to enter, tried to contact host, unable to be contacted for a good few hours. After several attempts, finally spoke to the host to understand that the listing has been taken offline at vrbo and therefore my booking is cancelled. Was given an option to an alternate venue or refund, without seeing the alternate venue will suit my work purpose that I was traveling,had no choice but to cancel and was told the refund process will follow. Had to book an alternate place at 5times the value. Nothing for 2days, so contacted vrbo and was told that the host has marked me as a no show. A lie. Had to fight for several days, finally after many emails and phone calls at international rates, refund accepted and received. Nightmare is an understatement. Do not even bother.
Stayed 7 nights in May 2025
