Welcome to our spacious vacation home in the picturesque Oskarshamn archipelago, just 200 meters from the Baltic Sea. The house is situated in a completely peaceful location on a small headland in the charming suburb of Stångehamn—surrounded by nature, rocks, and the sea breeze.

In just a 5-minute walk, you’ll reach the popular swimming spot Åsvallesund—perfect for a refreshing swim or relaxing in the sun by the sea. A rowboat is waiting for you right at the house’s private dock. The sheltered bay is ideal for fishing trips and short exploration tours through the nearby archipelago.

The fully renovated house, which was refurnished in 2023, offers a high level of comfort across approximately 190 m². It features 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a living and dining room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with a pantry, dishwasher, stove, oven, refrigerator, and microwave, as well as a washer and dryer.

Outside, you’ll find a newly built, wood-fired sauna (Nov. 2024) with a panoramic window overlooking the Baltic Sea, as well as a large west-facing terrace with an outdoor kitchen—perfect for enjoying atmospheric sunsets. A second, smaller terrace on the east side is perfect for enjoying breakfast in the morning sun. On rainy days, the covered sunroom offers a cozy retreat with a view of the natural garden featuring a rocky landscape.

The property is located on a quiet cul-de-sac, with plenty of space between neighbors—ideal for anyone seeking peace, nature, and relaxation.
