建物は広く、内装や小物にこだわったようでおしゃれなイメージでしたが、、、、。 前の使用者がリビングで焼肉でもしたのか、きつい焼肉のようなにおい。フローリングも油でべたべた。 管理人に連絡したところ、「清掃担当者はにおいを感じなかった」と回答。このにおい感じないとかあり得ない。 滞在期間が長かったので自費で消臭剤を買い、フローリングも清掃した。 それでもカーテンや壁に染み付いたにおいはまだ少し残っています。 テーブルの奥のほう、椅子の下を触ると手がべたべたする。 何かが付着しているようです。 ここまでは気持ちが悪いので清掃していません。 風呂場も清掃が行き届いていなく、カビが多かったのでこれまた自費でカビハイターを買って清掃しました。 風呂場の換気扇のフィルターも一度も清掃していなさそうでしたので簡単に掃除しました。 良い物件なだけに清掃の担当者のレベルが低すぎるのが非常に残念だと思います。 あと食洗器は合っても食洗器用洗剤は用意されていなかった。 取り急ぎ、 １．リビングのエアコンの洗浄 ２．リビングのカーテンの選択 ３．リビングの椅子とテーブルの徹底清掃 ４．清掃者を再教育か別の人に変更 ５．宿泊者に対してやって行けないことを書いたマニュアルを作成 簡単なことだと思うのでこれさえできればとても良い物件だと思いました。
