Super easy to check in, very close to main district (5 min walk) and closely located to a metro stop. And the took itself was very nice and comforting.
The hotel was immaculately clean. It is close enough to access major parts of the city and transportation. The staff was very helpful and attentive.
Everything in the hotel looked new. The staff was very cordial and helpful. The beds were comfortable and the room was perfect for my family of 4. The location was very convenient, close to train stations and Dotombori area. I will efinitely go back to this hotel and recommend it.
The staff was very helpful. They stored our bags which were delivered before we arrived due to a problem with the airline,arranged a taxi to take us to the station & helped with the return of our wifi hotspot. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel. A great experience!
