Pretty standard apartment type setup for Japan. No frills, very basic. Was nice that it had two separate rooms with three total beds. Easy to access, and very quiet. There is a grocery store right on the corner and there are several kombini within a block. Dotanbori is about 15-minute walk away. So if you are looking for an affordable place to stay. That's quiet and near nightlife and restaurants. This is a good bet.
