The hotel is quiet bit of a walk from the Osaka Station because a lot of ground crossings are not allowed and people had to go up and down and around. But the hotel staff are friendly and helpful.

Do not recommend for solo female travelers. Business men smoke and hangout in the lobby at night, and it felt like a frat house. It’s in the red light district. The shortest path from the station to the hotel will have to cross into the red light district. The wallpaper was peeling in my room. There is a water filter available for the entire floor so you do not have to buy water bottles. Curtains are chained so there is no natural light.

Great experience

Staff were very helpful. Rooms were a good size. Breakfast was pretty standard, but the grilled steak was something nowhere else had. Lots of laundry as there were washers and dyers on a 3 or 4 floors. Location was good, Very lively neighbourhood. Lots of bars and restaurants as well as shopping. Short walk to Umeda and Osaka stations.

Not too close to the train station. But once you know the route, it was walkable distance. Convenient store was right in front of the hotel. I like the option of extending one hour stay with pay. Breakfast was pretty good
