We stayed three nights, our main challenge was checking in we waited almost two hours to receive the PIN to access the room. The phone number posted on the door and booking information goes to voicemail. I had to get Hotels.com to assist and they could not reach the provider, they were great and willing to relocate us if we did not get access. Eventually the provider responded to my email with the access code.
The room was clean, but did find hair in one bed and a mask was left on the hammock. It did appear to be cleaned but perhaps not as thorough.
We had one bedroom with two beds and one bed in living room. It is spacious had all essentials, kitchen, washing machine, coffee maker I loved this was able to enjoy a cup in the morning.
Windows in each room so lots of natural light.
The area is very close to Kuromon market great for shopping especially if you love anime, and lots of food options. Note travelled with my kids youngest 10 and after 8pm most places would not seat us turns into bar scene.
The building itself is in an alleyway and away from the busy main street, so not noisy.
It is a bit of a walk to subway enterances compared to other places we've stayed in Japan, but not a very far walk typically 10-15 minutes.
