The hotel is very close to the station (and an elevator, for those with heavy luggage) and easily accessible. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and my room was quite clean except for some dust. Light sleepers, beware, though, as the hotel is right next to a highway, it may not be the right place for you. Airing the room is almost impossible because of the noise and even with the windows closed you can hear the noises quite clearly.

The hotel was nice and clean, everything was very comfortable. However for some reason the area around the hotel and sometimes even my room through the bathroom smelled like the sewer. I’m not sure if this is a consistent thing or if it was just some issue during my stay, but the smell would sneak in to the room in the morning. Overall a nice place though!

Lovely hotel with clean, cozy, comfortable rooms. The staff were very nice and accommodating. We arrived very late at night and realized I had accidentally booked a smoking room. They helped us change to non-smoking as soon as it was available the next day. The hotel had everything we needed including slippers, toiletries, hair dryer, kettle and coffee. I have to mention that the shower was great! - super hot, strong and very relaxing after a long day out and about. We also loved the location in a quieter area with a lot of local businesses, eateries and residences. I loved walking around this neighbourhood. The hotel is just a few steps from a subway stop, which made it super easy to get to places too far to walk to. We could easily walk to Osaka Castle from the hotel and ate at the eateries nearby. Would definitely stay here again next time we visit Osaka.
