You’ll have a private guest suite with a small balcony, kitchenette, bathroom, 50 inch TV, + 2 COMFORTABLE king-size beds.

We are close by if you need anything - but we won’t bother you at all! You may hear our dogs bark every once in a while.

The location was close to lots of activities and food options. The parking and curvy neighborhood roads were not ideal but the listing was very clear about this situation. Some previous reviews mentioned the stairs being hot but there is now an AC unit and it was not difficult for our family to go up/down the stairs at all. We had trouble when there were work trucks blocking the exit which was out of their control. The apartment was nice and had basic amenities. Beds were comfortable and it was quiet even with another family staying next door. The main issue we had inside was under the beds was quite dirty. My smaller child found a used vape cartridge and some gummy candy, and it was dirty when their toys fell under the beds. We also could have used more hooks for hanging wet towels and clothes.

I didn’t see on the listing that it was a 3rd floor room. The room could have been cleaner. The hot water didn’t work at the kitchenette sink. There was hair from former guests on the towels and walls of the bathroom and shower.

Too Many stairs

Nice place, but a flight and 1/2 to just get to the door, then I was on the 3rd floor and both doors were hard to open. I am 84 and had asked before I booked if there were many stairs, answer was just a few. I really almost had a heart attack climbing all of them when it was 90+ degrees. When I finally got my luggage up there, I couldn't get the door to open. Left my luggage in the hallway as I was going out to dinner with friends. (Reason I went a night early for our 85 people family reunion. I went a sweaty mess and then had to the stairs all over again. Leaving was just as awful. The owner sat and watched me struggle!
